I wanted to tell you a little about my wifes car. Its a 1973 dodge dart. It weighs 3100# with driver. We built a 408 stroker with flat top Wisco pistons "H" beam rods, Eagle forged crank, Hughes Engines Stage 3 ported heads, a Hughes Engines HTL7680AS solid cam ,and a Hughes Engines main stud girdle. We run a ported M-1 intake and a HP 950 Holley .The trans is a 904 with a turbo action brake and a 277 first gear, 5500 stall by Continental. A dana 60 rearend with 4.10 gears and a ladder bar set up.The tire is a 29.5 10.5 phoenix. The best Time with this set up is 10.16 at 129! Its been awhile so i thought I would share a few recent pics of my wifes( lisa Caldwell) 73 dodge Dart smallblock. Back in jan 2007 you guys sold me a set of stage 3 edelbrock heads and a 276/280 AS solid flat tappet cam for my 360 based 410 stroker. Well we are still running the same heads and cam with 1000s of passes on them. Best to date is a 10.04 @ 131 and thats at a race weight of 3100#. Thanks for the great products!
